Access: People from the wider community and pupils from neighbouring schools are welcome to use the main Learning Resources Centre for reference purposes. Loans may be arranged locally on Canterbury Circle forms or nationally through the British Library. Visitors must sign in at the main College reception.
Brief Description of Library and its services: The existing Learning Resources Centre opened in January 2008.  The Carey Centre occupies a central position in the college.  The LRC offers computer facilities, course related books, DVDs, and magazines, a careers and Connexions resources room, study spaces and multimedia viewing facilities.  Canterbury College also provides our Higher Education students with an HE Study Centre holding 2000 books in the Higher Education building at Rutland House.

200 journal titles and 45,000 books.
Electronic Resources: The LRC subscribes to a growing range of Internet based electronic resources.
Special Holdings: The John Millest Collection commemorates a former member of college staff with a large collection of art books.
Library Computer System: OLIB
Computing Facilities: The main LRC has 68 Open Access PCs and the HE Study Centre has 15 Open Access PCs.
